14 DAYS RIGTH OF WITHDRAWAL

AT XPARTS.DK YOU HAVE 14 DAYS RIGTH OF WITHDRAWAL AT ALL PRODUCTS *. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. 

IF YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS THE PURCHASED GOODS CAN BE RETURNED TO US. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
THE AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CREDITCARD YOU PAID WITH OR ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT  AND CHECKED THAT IT MEETS THE RULES OF WITHDRAWAL.
ONLY COST WHEN YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE IS THE SHIPPING COST YOU HAVE TO SEND THE PRODUCT TO US.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CAN ONLY BE USED IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDIOTION AS IT WAS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT FROM XPARTS.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT IS INVALIDATED, IF YOU USE THE PRODUCT IN A MANNER WHICH OBVIOUSLY REDUCES THE PRODUCTS SALES VALUE. IF YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE RETURN THE GOODS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING REPRESENTS A VALUE TO US, AND IS THEREFOR ALSO TO BE RETURNED.

OEM parts:
Most original parts are not stock items and orders including those can not be canceled, exchanged or taken back. OEM parts are ordered specifically  to the individual motorbike or scooter model.

Note: We do not accept packages sent. C.O.D or similar shipping methods.
Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, be sure you get a receipt for shipment so that we can return your reasonable shipping costs. Remember to enclose a copy of the original invoice and a copy of your receipt for your expenses for shipping.

Swaps Service

Do you have a product you would like exchanged for something else, please send us an email at: [email protected] containing
what items you want to swap, and what items you want instead. You will the receive an e-mail with the exchange procedure. You will then send the goods to us according to the received procedure. When the product is received by Xparts.dk we will send the new goods, carriage paid to you. All items must be sent in protective packaging and in the original packaging. Is the product seal broken and packaging thus not original, the product can not be exchanged. If you send the products back to us with a broken seal and without the original packaging, it will be returned to your own expense.
You pay for the shipping cost of the items you want swapped.

Prices:

All prices shown on the shop are displayed in Danish kroner, DKK and include 25% Danish VAT and other charges. You can change the currency to be viewed either in USD or EURO in the topmenu on our shop. The prices are dayprices and we reserve the right to price changes and written/printed errors.

Ordering:

On Xparts.dk you can only order products through our website. If you have questions for items you dont find on our shop, please feel free to contact us by e-mail: [email protected].
If you are a registered customer (with personal login), it is possible to view past orders by logging on the website.

Freight / Shipping:

Denmark:

The freightcost is DKK 79, -

Sweden:

All Shipments cost: DKK: 199 -

Greenland and the Faroe Islands:

All shipment costs: DKK: 299 -
No VAT is charged on sales to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Other countries / All other foreign countries:

All shipments costs: DKK: 299 -
On all shipments two countires outside the EU no VAT will be charged.

Delivery time:

All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. For OEM parts, the normal delivery time to be 4-6 business days.

Other shipping address:

In your order, simply fill in the "Other shipping address" - and we will send the package to this adress instead of the billing adress.
If you want to send a message / greeting sent to the recipient, please write the desired text in the "comments" field during the checkout procedure.

Distributor:

All orders ar shipped with GLS to the specified address, if you / the recipient is not home at delidery, the package is delivered to the nearest GLS parcel shop and if you have given us your cellphone no. you wil receive a text message about where and when you can pickup your package.

Pick-up:
Can I pick-up the ordered goods at your adress?
Yes you can but ONLY by prior arrangement. We have external stocks and must therefore first collect the goods to the company address.

Split delivery/backorders:

If Xparts against our expectations can not deliver the entire order within the normal deadline, you will be contacted as soon as possible via phone or e-mail. You can then choose to have partial order sent immediately, or wait until we can send the total order. If you choose to receive partial order, we will of course send the rest of your order free of shipping costs.

Closing days:

Xparts.dk generally is open 24/7. However, there may vacation periods with reduced staff whereby the delivery time may be extended.
Closing days will be advertised on the homepage of Xparts.dk

Payment:

Secure payment online. Xparts.dk is approved by NETS to receive payments over the Internet. All payments are made through a secure encrypted SSL line directly to NETS. The amount is deducted from your account the day we are sending the ordered goods and your account can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved at the time you placed your order.

NOTE: By bank transfer, you are not protected by the opposition procedure.

Purchase law general rules:

Unless otherwise specified in the following text we follow the Danish purchase laws general rules for internet commerce.
Order Confirmation is designed and made in Danish/English and German and is not available on our web site, You should, therefor print and save the order confirmation.

Defects and complaints:

If you want to plead a defect, you as buyer must let us know in due time.
If the goods are found toi have a defect or parts of it are missing, one of the following actions can be taken:

- The lack remedied.
- There may be replacement.
- There may be an appropriate reduction in the purchase price.
- The acquisition may be cancelled if the defect is substantial.

Seller pays for shipping to seller stock. Item must be returned properly packed. There can not be returned  goods without prior agreement.

Warranty:

Xparts provide a 24 month warranty on all products, according to the Danish purchase law § 83, the burden of evidence after the first 6 months lies by the buyer. Should a product against all odds become defective under normal use during the period covered by the warranty, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge by Xparts, unless the error is due to operator error, modifications or gross misuse by the user. If you need to make a claim, please do this as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error, if you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always in reasonable time.
If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
We ask that you include the following:

A copy of the original invoice
A detailed description of the error
This is not a requirement, but it eases the process for us and means a faster response to you.
After receiving your complaint, you will be contacted within 24 hours, after which a detailed agreement on defect rectification or replacement of the product will be made.
If it appears that a product is returned as defect and it is not defect, or that the fault is not covered by the warranty, Xparts will charge you A fee of DKK 200, - +. postage and freight charges for the returning of the goods to your adress.

Note:
All items must be installed / used in accordance with the instructions in the original workshop books. The original part numbers (OEM) may only be used as reference numbers.

Personal information:
For electronic payments we are using a secure encrypted method through our shop system directly to NETS. It is an approved provider with the approval of E-mark that handles your card details. Xparts.dk will not have access to your credticard information.

The Shop system uses cookies to manage the contents of your cart. A cookie is a file stored on your own PC. It is possible to ask the system to save your address details for the next visit. On Xparts.dk we use cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making your visit as easy as possible for you. If you wish at a later date to delete this information, this can be done via browser settings. In Internet Explorer it is via the "Tools" menu and menu item "Internet Options".

During a purchase we require your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used solely to process your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and stored for 5 years before it will be deleted. The "contract" is stored in Xparts.dk so you as a registered customer (with login) later can log in and view your previous orders.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed exactly about what information is collected and why.

In addition, we record the IP address from which any purchase is made. The information is normally not used, but can be used in a bug. police investigation. All fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.
