Delivery

Delivery time:

All orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are normally shipped the same day. For OEM parts, the normal delivery time usually is 6-8 business days.

Other shipping address:

In order to ship you order to an adress different the billing adress, from simply fill in the "Other shipping address" - we will then send the package to that adress instead.
If you want a message/greeting sent to the recipient, enter the desired text in the "comments" section during the checkout procedure.

Distributor:

All orders made are shipped with GLS to the specified address. If you or the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the goods will be delivered at the nearest GLS parcel shop and if you have given mobile no. you will receive a textmessage with info about where and when you can pickup your goods.

Freight / Shipping:

Denmark:

The freightcosts are DKK 79, -

Sweden:

All shipment costs: DKK:199 -

Greenland and the Faroe Islands:

All shipments cost DKK: 299 -
No VAT is charged on sales to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Other EU countries
All shipments costs: DKK: 299 -

On all shipments to countires outside the EU no VAT will be charged.
Shipment cost DKK: 499

Pick-up:
Can I pickup the ordered goods at your company adress?
Yes you can, but ONLY by prior arrangement. We have external storage and must therefore first collect the goods to the company address.

Partial delivery/backorders:

If Xparts against our expectations can not deliver the entire order within the normal deadline, you will be contacted as soon as possible via phone or e-mail. You can then choose to have partial order sent immediately, or wait until we can send the total order. If you choose to receive partial order, we will send he rest of your order free of shipping costs.

Closing days:
Xparts.dk generally is open. However, there may vacation periods of reduced staffing, whereby the delivery time may be extended.
Closing days will be advertised on our homepage on Xparts.dk
